UMANG’s philosophy of work is to believe in yourselves and make things happen. UMANG is a flat organization which works at a grass root level. It takes the project from the start to the completion. UMANG has a unique way to achieve its goals. It involves the following:

1. Raise funds for various projects in alignment with UMANG’s mission
2. Collaborate and support organization working for the same cause
3. Allocate funds per the requirements of the projects
4. Review project plan thoroughly and ensure the feasibility before execution
5. Execute project to completion
6. Manage project closely (UMANG’s projects are run by UMANG volunteers)
